Personality traits in the sales team
When sales are flat or declining, four distinct personality types may emerge in the sales team:

- Winners - positive, high energy, want to do their best and have the drive to complete their tasks.
- Spectators - positive, low energy, say the right things, but fail to follow them through.
- Deadbeats - negative, low energy, undertake tasks with reluctance.
- Terrorists - negative, high energy, are generally outspoken and can sabotage the best intentions of change with their attitudes.
